Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI or equivalent)
- Proven experience working in a franchised dealership or independent workshop
- Proficient in vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and repair
- Competent in routine servicing and maintenance of vehicles to manufacturer standards
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostics equipment
- Ability to interpret technical data and vehicle repair manuals
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Experience with EV/hybrid systems is a plus but not essential
Personal Attributes:
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills for liaising with colleagues and customers
- A team player who is also capable of working independently when required
Additional Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- MOT Tester accreditation desirable but not essential
- Willingness to undertake manufacturer training and continuous professional development

- Competitive salary ranging from £30,368 to £45,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
