Qualifications and Experience:

Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI or equivalent)

Proven experience working in a franchised dealership or independent workshop

Proficient in vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and repair

Competent in routine servicing and maintenance of vehicles to manufacturer standards

Skills and Expertise:

Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostics equipment

Ability to interpret technical data and vehicle repair manuals

Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment effectively

Experience with EV/hybrid systems is a plus but not essential

Personal Attributes:

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively

Strong communication skills for liaising with colleagues and customers

A team player who is also capable of working independently when required

Additional Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence

MOT Tester accreditation desirable but not essential

Willingness to undertake manufacturer training and continuous professional development

Benefits and Remuneration:

Competitive salary ranging from £30,368 to £45,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
