Admin Team Leader (Pre-Delivery) West Hallam

 

On Target Earnings: £30,000 (depending on experience) 

 

Full-Time - Permanent - West Hallam - Pentagon Motor Group

 

Main Purpose of the Role & Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the administrative tasks of the PDI department to ensure smooth operation
  • Collaborate closely with the Workshop Controller
  • Ensure vehicles are recall checked before delivery
  • Oversee job card costing to maintain accurate financial records
  • Supervise and liaise with contractors visiting the site for fitments, ensuring work is completed to standards.
  • Oversee and process transport claims related to damaged vehicles upon arrival.
  • Monitor and resolve onsite damages, coordinating repairs and documentation.
  • Oversee warranty claim processes to ensure proper handling and resolution
  • Provide cover in case of absence in PDI and Parts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards across all PDI activities.
  • Identify and escalate issues or concerns promptly to the Aftersales Manager
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department to enhance efficiency and service quality.

 

 

Key Performance Objectives

  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in job card costing and documentation.
  • Achieve departmental targets for operational efficiency and workflow management.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with contractors and the Workshop Controller.
  • Minimise delays and errors in vehicle inspections, repairs, and fitments.
  • Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and compliance throughout all PDI activities.
  • Improve departmental processes through continuous review and implementation of best practices.
  • Support a clean, safe, and productive environment.
  • Promote the Pentagon Group core values through professional conduct and service quality
  • Contribute positively to workshop team culture and performance.
