We have a fantastic new opportunity available right now to join our St Helens team! Our Aftersales department are currently on the lookout for a new Workshop Controller!

What Will You Be Doing?
Responsibilities of the role include;
- Overseeing the team of Technicians; organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks.
- Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work.
- Liaising with customers
- Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
- Ensuring set deadlines are met.
- Effectively communicating with other dealership departments
- Complying with company and Brand standards
- Being accurate and precise with all administration.
- To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5.30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30 - 12:30pm

- Have previous Aftersales experience
- Display effective supervisory skills
- Show excellent communication & organisational skills
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to business needs
- Have a willingness to learn and develop
- Be motivated by targets and look to exceed them
- Have an ability to demonstrate effective time management.
- Strong coaching skills
- Possess a great team player mentality
- Have a full UK, driving licence
