Pentagon Motor Group have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Fleet Sales Support Consultant to join the great team at our VWCV Derby dealership.
This role will see you supporting the Fleet team with the Volkswagen Ordering Process and Customers, to provide a streamlined process from customer order to delivery of vehicles. Working with customers, converters, colleagues and the Volkswagen Fleet team to meet monthly delivery targets.
Supporting the Showroom based Sales Team, meeting the team’s unit and profit objectives whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction, achieving customer loyalty.

What Will You Be Doing?
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- To provide the Pentagon Group Fleet Team with product information, help with quotes and pricing, regular order updates and ensuring vehicles are prepared to a high standard.
- To liaise with converters and the PDI teams to ensure vehicles are prepared in time for delivery.
- Manage the Volkswagen Fleet order bank with the Pentagon Group Fleet Team.
- Provide weekly forecast and updates to the Volkswagen sites for accurate brand forecasts
- To work closely with Pentagon Group Fleet Team on topics such as ensuring best practice, validating correct processes, escalating issues, seeking support etc.
- To work collaboratively with all departments in the Van Centre to make sure customer needs are understood and these are communicated to the relevant department for ownership and on-going management.
- Be a brand ambassador in all customer interactions and positioned as a trusted partner.
- Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly targets as set by the Sales Manager
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm plus alternate Saturdays, 08:00am – 12:00pm.
