Pentagon Motor Group have a fantastic new opportunity available for a HR Manager to join their team and work to continue to drive forward success and achievement through our people and culture.

Supporting a number of our dealerships, as a Regional HR Manager you will guide and advise our teams on ER Matters as well as identifying innovative  ways to support colleague engagement and contribute to our great workplace culture

What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • To offer advice and guidance to colleagues on ER matters/concerns including absence and performance management, investigations and disciplinaries etc.
    • Support colleagues on best practise.
  • Completing onboarding and offboarding of colleagues.
  • Process and policy reviews.
  • Assist in driving compliance 
  • Analysing metrics to identify trends and patterns,
  • Contribute positively to both employee experience and organisational culture.

Due to the locations of our dealerships, we welcome applications from candidates local to Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.

Who Are We Looking for?

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Be effective at developing and building good working relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be skilled in organisation and time management.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and innovation.
  • Stay up to date with Employment law and upcoming changes.
  • Possess strong computer skills
