What Will You Be Doing?
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Understanding the requirements and responsibilities of all roles within the business
- Creating advert content across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with relevant company policies and legal requirements.
- Reviewing CVs, arranging interviews as requested and providing feedback to candidates.
- Liaising with agency partners when requested and assisting with associated costs/invoicing queries.
- Completing benchmarking projects e.g., remuneration packages of competitors.
- Offering advice, guidance and support to hiring managers including process compliance, system queries, recruitment queries and onboarding queries.
- Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
- Contribute to HR team ideas, plans and initiatives.
- Dotted line management of Training and Recruitment Administrator.
- Contributing to the design and delivery of assessment days and careers fairs.
- Devising interview templates for relevant job roles.
- Maintaining positive, effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Who Are We Looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum two years previous experience working in a Recruitment role, ideally within a resourcing capacity.
- Awareness of relevant legalities.
- The ability to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confidence in using computers and systems.
- The ability to self-motivate, multitask and prioritise your own workload.
- Lots of enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
- The ability to be adaptable to different situations.
