Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a understanding of the automotive industry? We’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Mobile Service Advisor to be the face of our service team on the road.

About the RoleAs a Mobile Service Advisor, you’ll bring the service department directly to our customers — providing expert advice, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You’ll be the trusted link between our workshop and our valued clients.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended work clearly and confidently
  • Allocate work to technicians and manage workflow efficiently
  • Coordinate bookings and liaise with technicians to ensure efficient turnaround
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and follow-up communication
  • Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining trust and transparency
  • Manage digital job cards, service records, and mobile scheduling tools to help transition onto digital job cards

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive aftersales
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work independently
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Confident using tablets, apps, and digital systems

  • Salary: Up to £33,000 depending on experience + bonus

Experience using Kerridge/ keyloop advantageous but not essential.

Experience using 1link/CV link essential.

Full driving license essential.

A positive attitude with the capability to work with multiple departments and build strong relationships.

working hours - 8.00am-5pm Mon-Fri. Saturdays to be introduced as overtime later in the year.
