What will you be doing?
Main responsibilities for the role include:
- Gain understanding of Group brands, manufacturers and products.
- Help maintain a tender document “library”.
- Follow a defined tender process through to conclusion.
- Help compile reports for the management team on sales.
- Compile ongoing customer database and provide prospect information and progress.
- Utilise nominated database to prospect existing and potential customers as well as effective response to inbound leads.
- Explore the best way to use all current prospect data to effectively promote the business.
- Explore various routes for prospect capture – marketing ideas.
- Effective 100% follow up of all tender submissions and provide reports.
- Handle any customer issues with understanding and discretion.
- Operate within the law at all times.
- Operate within company policy.
