What will you be doing?

As a Parts Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and verifying for quality and description, parts stock and other goods from suppliers.
  • Receiving incoming Motor Vehicle Parts into the department and putting stock into the correct locations.
  • Ensuring stock is stored carefully, kept secure and in saleable condition.
  • Accurately identifying, locating and picking parts for Workshop staff and customers.
  • Ensuring every opportunity is taken to sell older and slow moving parts
  • Seeking new ways to increase Parts and Workshop sales by identifying customer needs and incremental items to sell.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A genuine interest and passion for the Motor Trade
  • Previous motor parts experience 
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • An ability to build rapport and establish and maintain good working relationships.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confidence with IT systems alongside call handling
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their workload.
  • Endless drive and self motivation.
  • A team player mentality.
