What will you be doing?
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a high standard.
- Dismantling and rebuilding vehicles as instructed
- Understanding and implementing technical methods manuals and other specialist information.
- Reporting unseen damage, absent from the estimate as soon as it is identified
- Working within agreed estimated repair times.
- Safeguarding customer's vehicles whilst they are being repaired/serviced.
- Working in a way that minimises wastage of all parts, paints and materials.
- To help contribute to and maintain a safe working environment.
The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal applicants will:
- Have previous experience working in an Accident Repair setting
- Work efficiently and to a very high standard
- Show excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate an ability to perform well under pressure.
- Have a positive, team player attitude.
- Perform well as an individual and also in a team
- Be open to training and developing their skill set.
- Have a good awareness of Health and Safety.
