Fleet Sales Administrator

Pentagon Motor Group have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our West Hallam based Fleet Sales Department!

What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities include:

  • Processing Customer Vehicle Orders
  • Processing vehicle orders and entering them into the relevant systems. 
  • Working on multiple vehicle brand systems and ensuring our information is up to date and correct.
  • New/Used vehicle registrations 
  • Invoicing vehicles ready for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure vehicles are delivered in line with customer expectations 
    1. Liaising with manufacturers to resolve queries
  • Completing routine Admin tasks relating from order to delivery
  • Other general administrative duties

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 16.30pm. or 9.00am, - 5.00pm – can be flexible.

 

Who Are We Looking for?

The ideal candidate:

  • MUST have a strong Administrative background
  • Will be a strong & personable communicator
  • Needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be IT proficient particularly with Microsoft
  • Will have a keen eye for detail with strong numeracy skills
  • Will demonstrate excellent organisation skills
  • Needs to have exceptional customer service and people skills.
  • Will have a positive can-do attitude and team player mentality
