What will you be doing?
As a Broker Support Executive, you will be managing key broker-specific accounts, responding to enquiries with quotes, and sending out stock lists. You will work with multiple brands across our different franchises, turning stock around quickly and solving problems as they arise. Building brilliant relationships with our broker partners will be a key part of your role.
- Manage broker-specific accounts, ensuring they are kept up to date with our latest stock lists of our new cars and LCV’s.
- Respond to quotation requests promptly, ensuring we seize every sales opportunity.
- Grow your knowledge of manufacturer products.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers via phone and email.
- Consistently meet broker SLA’s and other customer-agreed KPI’s.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage internal processes related to fleet accounts.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and overall company growth.
- Populate internal and external smartsheets with updates and data.
- Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction, within agreed SLA’s in terms of timescale.
- Prepare reports on account activities and performance.
- Manage vehicle sales debt related to own account ensuring customers pay within payment terms
- Ensure vehicle delivery packs (invoices, RAVS and PODs) to relevant systems for payment
- Attend teams or face to face meetings with internal and external stakeholders where necessary

This position is an office based, 5 days working week Monday-Friday.
